Membership

BHVC welcomes inquiries from any person/s interested in joining our club.

You are welcome to attend as a guest at our monthly general meetings held at Leopold Sportsmans Club on the 2nd Monday of each month at 7pm, where you will get a chance to meet like minded car enthusiasts.

If you feel the club is right for you, please read the statement of expectations before downloading and completing 'expressions of interest' form and submitting it to the secretary at bhvc.secretary@outlook.com or at a general meeting.

This form will be presented to the next committee meeting and if approved you will be provided with a membership form to be completed by you, which can be forwarded to the secretary with payment of membership fees.

Preferred method of payment is by direct credit, although cash is accepted.

When the completed membership form is received by the club, the secretary will process the application and on behalf of the committee a welcome letter will be sent to the applicant with a copy of the current events calendar. A member name badge will be ordered and when received will be presented at the next general meeting.
