 been submitted to Bunnings for BHVC to hold a BBQ either on the 10th or 17
 th October. Bunnings will not confirm if we have been successful until clo
 ser to the dates requested.  There is no guarantee at this stage of the d
 ate or that we will be offered a space to hold a BBQ. Therefore further in
 formation will be provided once we hear back from Bunnings.  Please try a
 nd keep these dates free to help out on a 2 hourly roster. We can\'t run t
 hese events without your wonderful help!
